Sports Rehab and Professional Therapy Associates is a locally owned rehabilitation agency providing comprehensive therapy services by licensed PT, OT and SLP therapists in varied settings across Northwest Iowa since 1981. We service local hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, focusing on comprehensive, coordinated care to best serve our patients.

We are currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist for our Pocahontas Community Hospital location, which is a hospital-based outpatient clinic, providing outpatient care, acute/skilled care, and home health services to Pocahontas County and the surrounding areas.
