We are seeking a physical therapist to join our private practice location in Washington, Iowa. We have second location in Wellman. My wife, Jennifer and I, have been owners since 2006. We just moved into a bigger location in January of this year. We see a wide variety of PT conditions with orthopedics being the primary focus. We see many patients post-surgical, with worker’s compensation injuries and generalized weakness. We have a few specialty areas of women’s health and vestibular rehab. We provide athletic training services and strength and conditioning to multiple high schools with athletic trainers. We added health coaching services and employee wellness programs in our new location with a health coach that was added to our staff. Just recently we started direct to employer services with an employer in Washington to prevent and address work injuries. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to be exposed to multiple aspects and care of PT.

We welcome new graduates to our staff. I enjoy the mentoring process of a new PT and the energy they bring to the clinic. We understand the current competitive market in the physical therapy field and the reason we are offering a starting salary of $80,000 for new graduates.
