CPMS Students attend National APMA Conference

The College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery had the opportunity to send six students to represent the College at the American Podiatric Medical Association’s National Conference.Representatives from each of the eight podiatric colleges gathered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to discuss issues facing podiatric medical students across the nation.

One of these six students was Kimberlee Hobizal of the CPMS class of 2010. Kimberlee was elected the national student liaison to the Podiatric Political Action Committee. This national committee fights for federal legislature that acknowledges the training of podiatric physicians and the appropriate rights thereof. This is a great honor for the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and for Kimberlee. Congratulations Ms. Hobizal.
