The U.S. will need 250,000 more public health workers by 2020, according to a new study by the Association of Schools of Public Health. Schools of public health will have to train three times the current number of students, for the next 12 years, to meet the need.

28 students graduated from the DMU public health program last year. Classes are offered evenings, weekends or online. Some students take all the classes online – never taking a class on our campus. Current students range in age from 21 to 65 and live in 12 states and seven countries.
