To Whom it May Concern,
I wanted to extend a heartfelt “Thank You!” for the phenomenal service I received at Des Moines University on 12/17/08.
At the time of my appointment with Dr. Lewis, I was having severe foot pain when I walked. Dr. Lewis determined I should get an x-ray and see a specialist. His honest humility and commitment to my care greatly impressed me!
Since I needed to be back in the office in a couple of hours, Dr. Lewis personally made sure I could be seen quickly in radiology and podiatry. Mahoney was wonderful! Within 90 minutes I had a diagnosis (broken bone) and was fitted for a boot.
I just wanted to thank you for such a personable staff dedicated to caring for me in the time frame I needed!
