Dr. Yogi Shah is DMU’s associate dean of global health. Always going so many directions and working on so many great projects, he’s hard to keep up with some days! Global health is a department that’s just exploding with growth and opportunities. Our students, staff, faculty & University friends have many ways they can contribute or help those in need of care.
Most recently Dr. Shah visited Tanzania. While there he had a chance to visit the Maasai people. He ate with them, danced with them and even received a gift of a goat and gorgeous purple cloth (did they somehow know DMU’s school color was purple!?). In the photo above he is wearing the purple cloth & showing the beaded stick he also received.
