Part of the donations from the run will be given to Shoes That Fit, a non-profit children’s charity that provides clothing and shoes for local children in need.

Race packets include race bib, time chip and an Under Armour tech tee. The 10k race will begin in the Scheels parking lot and will end at the lake in Jordan Creek Town Center. The youth race will go around the lake at Jordan Creek Town center. Don’t worry about bringing extra drinks or snacks – Gatorade and water will be provided during the race and the good folks at Hy-Vee will have breakfast ready after you cross the finish line.
Okay so let’s recap on everything you’re getting tomorrow:
Exercise, Under Armour Tech Tee, Hy-Vee Breakfast and, most importantly, the wonderful feeling that you helped out local children in need. It’s a win, win.
