Applications are available for the doctor of osteopathic medicine class of 2015. If you are going to be a college senior in the fall or have already graduated, now is the time to apply!
DMU has a rolling admissions cycle, so the earlier you get your application in, the better chance you have at getting an interview. You can find everything you need to know about the application process here, but you actually apply through AACOMAS. Applications close February 1, 2011.
Tips for submitting your medical school application:
1. Apply early! Our class size is 221 and spots fill up quickly.
2. Make sure you have all the information you need: Transcripts, MCAT scores, volunteer and medical exposure and personal statement. Letters of recommendation should be sent directly to DMU if invited to complete a secondary application.
3. Proofread your application several times before submitting. It doesn’t look good to have typos!
