I love fireworks and shopping, so for me the annual Holiday Promenade in the East Village is pretty much a perfect evening. I can’t believe it’s this Friday already. The shops are open ’til 9 and many of them have snacks and hot drinks to share to help you get into the holiday spirit. There are also carolers and it’s the grand opening for ice skating at Brenton Plaza. One year they even had horse and carriage rides, but I’m not sure if they’ll have that this year.
I’ll be there at 6:15 for fireworks!
