Andrew Brittingham, Ph.D., has been selected to become a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Science at the 123rd IAS Annual Meeting on April 29, 2011. The status of fellow is a membership level in the Academy. To be selected as a fellow is a distinct honor. Nominees are persons of good character and of high professional standing. Members who have provided meritorious service to the Academy and effective promotion of science in Iowa, as well as substantial contributions to science and science education are considered for fellow.
