Gerteisen joined St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, MI, after completing a residency at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Michigan Podiatric Medical Association and is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
