Jaffe practices with Lake Heart Specialists in Libertyville, IL. He is active at three local hospitals and is chair of the department of cardiology at Advocate Condell Medical Center. He is happily married to his wife, Randi, and they reside in the north suburbs of Chicago with their three children Sam (13), Alexa (10), and Jenna (10).
