Who doesn’t love FREE stuff? This weekend head on over to Des Moines University for the annual free school and sports physical fair. You won’t regret it!

July 28, 2012 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., free to all
Middle school and high school students (with guardians) invited!

School or sports physicals PLUS cardiac, mental wellness & dental screenings!
- Vision screening
- Height & weight
- Physical therapy evaluation
- Sports or well-child physical examination
- Mental wellness screening
- EKG
- Echocardiogram – if needed
