Kirchner and Sarah E. Cox have announced their engagement and plans to wed in the fall of 2012 at Honey Lake Plantation in Greenville, FL. Cox graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando with a master’s degree in health care administration and works as a health educator at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando and as an adjunct professor at UCF. Kirchner graduated from DMU with his doctorate of podiatric medicine and received his master’s degree in health care administration from UCF. He is the manager of public health policy at Florida Hospital in Orlando and works under a former surgeon general.
