Paidin completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2011 and graduated from the pain and musculoskeletal medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison in June 2012. In September 2012 he began working with the Fairview Pain Management Center in Minneapolis, MN.
