Griffith is the manager of infection control at Denver Health in Denver, CO. She earned her nursing degree at Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, MO, and her master’s of public health from Des Moines University. She is currently working on her doctorate in international health from Touro University International in Los Angeles, CA.
