Cochrane graduated from the physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He was recently selected for a promotion to major in the Army and is the chief of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, TX. He is preparing for a one-year deployment.
