Pullen joined Sea Spine Orthopedic Institute in Tampa, FL, as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic procedures, ligament reconstruction and hip and knee replacements. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience as chief resident of orthopedic surgery at Michigan State University in East Lansing and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA.
