Disque and John Lustig, founders of National Health Care Provider Solutions (an online medical certification instruction provider), presented to a group of more than 1,200 students, faculty and young entrepreneurs at the National Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO) Conference in Chicago November 1-3, 2012. This was the first time that Disque and Lustig had been invited to present at the annual two-and-a-half-day event, which included some of the most innovative entrepreneurs in the country. Disque is a board-certified physician and entrepreneur. He completed pharmacy school at Purdue University and medical school at Des Moines University and served his anesthesiology residency at Rush University. He is involved in several entrepreneurial endeavors including medical education, financial and human capital asset resource management and real estate. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he is currently a practicing anesthesiologist in Las Vegas and Chicago.
