Ebersole joined the Via Christi hospitalist program in Pittsburg, KS, as medical director and will lead the hospitalist program and provide physician oversight in the area of medical management. Besides being a practicing hospitalist, Ebersole’s roles and responsibilities will include clinical leadership focus on improving inpatient throughputs, patient safety and continuum of care. He is the immediate past president of the medical staff and will be involved in the peer review process.
