James has joined Mercy Hospital Joplin in Joplin, MO, as a general surgeon. Prior to joining Mercy, James completed a surgical fellowship with the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Minneapolis and a general surgery residency at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.
