Seagren is employed by Iowa Health System at Lakeview Internal Medicine in West Des Moines, IA, in care model redesign. She works one-on-one with patients teaching them how to manage chronic diseases to improve outcomes for each patient. She and her husband, Craig, reside in Urbandale, IA, and are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
