Stanley was named vice president for the behavioral health clinical service line across the Avera system in South Dakota.
Stanley currently is medical director of Avera Behavioral Health Services in both Sioux Falls and Marshall, SD, and is a board-certified psychiatrist with Avera Medical Group University Psychiatry Associates in Sioux Falls.
In his new role, Stanley will provide physician leadership for the behavioral health service line, establishing best practice standards, quality goals and transparent communication within the service line.
He completed psychiatry residencies at the University of South Dakota-Sioux Falls residency program and Western Missouri Mental Health Center in Kansas City.
