Hamilton is the executive director of Hearthstone, a ministry of WesleyLife in Johnston, IA. She connects older adults with services they need to live healthy, independent and meaningful lives. Hearthstone provides independent and skilled nursing services to 150 older adults, as well as home care and hospice services. Read more about Hamilton and her work here!
