Dr. Brandwein lives in Weston, FL, with his wife, Meryl, three kids and two dogs. He is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon practicing in Pompano Beach. He uses HyProCure implants for many surgeries on the subtalar joint, and he is considering using it for peripheral neuropathy pain as a new and different approach. Brandwein also shared that Meryl is the nutritionist on “Mission Makeover,” a Monday morning reality program on the Lifetime network. He noted her role is made more special by the fact she is a cancer survivor of 13 years.
