Grant Koster was promoted to vice president of clinical operations for Athletico Physical Therapy. In 2014, he became a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and also an alumnus of Northwestern’s Kellogg Business School after completing the executive scholars program in leadership and management. He is currently part of the executive team leading the integration of the recent acquisition of Accelerated Rehab and merging it with Athletico Physical Therapy. After the successful integration, Athletico Physical Therapy will own and operate more than 350 clinics in eight states. He currently resides in Illinois with his wife, Dana Russo, D.O.’03, and their daughters Mia (6) and Chloe (3).
