Orville Jacobs, D.O.’73

Orville Jacobs, D.O.’73, in May was honored with life membership in the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association, granted to regular or honorary IOMA members who have reached the age 68 years and have been an American Osteopathic Association-affiliated organization member in good standing for 25 years immediately preceding. Jacobs practiced family medicine in Altoona for 20 years. He now farms near Altoona and provides family physician coverage on an as-needed basis in the greater Des Moines area.
