Jennifer Hamre, M.H.A.’09, PCMH, CCE, is co-founder and owner of Solace Solutions, a Chapin, SC-based firm that helps health care facilities transform into medical homes for patients and assists with administrative functions to improve health outcomes, improve the patient experience and reduce the overall cost of care. An NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home certified content expert, Hamre has experience in a spectrum of health care employment, from direct front-lines administrative duties in a rural Iowa hospital to  leadership and administration in the private sector in South Carolina. She has been a hospital chief clinical officer; administrator of quality and compliance; information technology officer; and HIPAA privacy and security officer. She and her husband, Josh, have  a daughter, Hartley, 6, and a son, Tyce, 2.
