John P. Opilka, D.O.’96, who has been practicing in Altamont, IL, for the past 16 years, plans to move his practice into a larger 18,000-square-foot medical center in the community. The facility also will house Mid Illinois Medical Care Associates, a company associated with Opilka that’s a consortium of several medical practices and services. He says the larger building will give him more scheduling flexibility and allow him and his colleagues to see more patients. He hopes to begin seeing patients at the new clinic by early next year.
