Hijinio Carreon, D.O.’03, FACEP, will assume the role of emergency department medical co-director at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. He has been practicing emergency medicine at Mercy Hospital for almost nine years and will be working closely with the department’s other co-director, Gary Hemann, D.O.’86, FACP, FACEP.
