Megan Knox, M.P.H.’13, was named the executive director of the FEMAP Foundation, which supports the work of FEMAP/SADEC in Juárez, Mexico, to improve the quality of life of people living in poverty through health care, education, outreach and economic development in the cross-border community. She spent the previous year working with the Global Health Corps at an urban hospital in Uganda, where she carried out operational and clinical initiatives to improve the hospital’s efficiency and impact. Knox has experience in capacity building, strategic planning, research and program evaluation. She has 10 years of health care experience in South Asia, the Caribbean and East Africa.
