Mark Lokitus, D.O.’87

Mark A. Lokitus, D.O.’87, was appointed to the American Health Council’s Physician Board. He is a psychiatrist and addiction specialist with his practice in Fort Myers, FL. He brings to the board 25 years of experience in his current role and in the health care industry. He has received numerous awards and honors, including the People’s Choice Award in 2013 and 2014 as well as the Top Doctor Award in 2015. He is professionally associated with the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association and the Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine. The American Health Council is the nation’s only organization with a constituency representative of all sectors of the health care industry.
