Scott T. Bormann, D.O.’10

Scott T. Bormann, D.O.’10, recently joined the family medicine providers at Mayo Clinic Health System–Chippewa Valley in Chippewa Falls, WI. He completed his residency in family medicine at Danville Regional Medical Center in Danville, VA. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic Health System, Bormann worked at IU Health Physicians Family Medicine in Indianapolis and served as an assistant professor of family medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
