Andrew Adair, D.O.’98

Andrew Adair, D.O.’98, was appointed to the Michigan Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee by Governor Rick Snyder, to serve the remainder of a two-year term expiring Oct. 1, 2019. The 11-member board is housed in the state department of health and human services and advises the department on matters that affect prescription drug coverage in various state health care programs. Adair is a physician at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, where he is chair of the family medicine service line. He also serves on the board of the Macomb County Osteopathic Medical Association and the Michigan Osteopathic Association and is active on several committees for the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
