Jennifer Havens, M.H.A.’16

Jennifer Havens, M.H.A.’16, a registered nurse and administrator who has worked in health care for more than 28 years, was appointed as chief executive officer at UnityPoint Health-Grinnell Regional Medical Center in Grinnell, IA. She will assume day-to-day leadership of the 49-bed not-for-profit medical center on July 30. Havens was named vice president of operations for Central Iowa Healthcare in Marshalltown, IA, when it was purchased by UnityPoint Health in May 2017. She retained her role as CEO of Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center, IA, where she earlier worked as chief clinical officer.
