Sandra Hilton, D.P.T.’13

Sandra Hilton, D.P.T.’13, is cofounder of Entropy Physiotherapy and Wellness with Sarah Haag in Chicago. Hilton has worked in multiple settings across the U.S. with neurologic and orthopedic emphasis combined with a focus in pelvic rehabilitation for pain and dysfunction. She teaches health professionals and community education classes on returning to function following back and pelvic pain, has assisted with myofascial release education and co-teaches advanced level male pelvic floor evaluation and treatment. Hilton’s clinical interest is chronic pain, specifically in complex pelvic pain disorders for men and women. She is the co-host of “Pain Science and Sensibility,” a podcast on the application of research in the clinic. Hilton and Haag also were interviewed in June for the podcast “Healthcare Education Transformation” about the most common conditions they see related to female and male pelvic health, most effective education tactics for teaching patients with pelvic health conditions and advice for the newer clinician looking to develop more into pelvic health.
