Scott Hinze, D.O.’06, FACOS

Scott Hinze, D.O.’06, FACOS, was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is a general surgeon and director of trauma services at MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Waterloo. After completing his surgical residency at Ohio University in 2011, he practiced general surgery at Chester Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL, where he was chief of surgery and chief of staff, and at Red Bud, IL, Regional Hospital, where he was chief of surgery. Hinze also served as medical director at Red Bud Health Clinic.
