Joseph Falcone, D.O.’92

Joseph Falcone, D.O.’92, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in primary hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery and reconstructive and complex revision hip and knee surgery. He is on staff at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo, NY; in practice with General Physician, P.C. with offices in Williamsville and Dunkirk; and is affiliated with several medical centers and hospitals, including Erie County Medical Center, Brooks Memorial Hospital, Southtowns Surgical Center and Sisters of Charity Hospital. In addition, he is a clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, and an adjunct clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, Falcone has received several certifications including in anatomic to reverse shoulder arthroplasty, direct anterior approach to hip replacement surgery and MAKO robotic joint reconstructive surgery for total knee and total hip replacement surgery. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the New York Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
