Kelly H. Woodward, D.O.’84, M.P.H.

Kelly H. Woodward, D.O.’84, M.P.H., is the medical director for the Park City (UT) LiVe Well Center/Intermountain LiVe Well Center. Board-certified in preventive medicine and family medicine, he has more than 30 years of experience in medical practice, graduate medical education and health care leadership. Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare, he was the medical director of a New York-based concierge medical group focusing on wellness and preventive medicine. He spent four years as deputy health director for the city of Alexandria, VA. Dr. Woodward also served his country for more than 22 years in the United States Air Force, during which he led numerous Department of Defense programs in preventive medicine and health promotions and served in hospital leadership. His professional interests include chronic disease prevention, longevity and lifestyle behaviors to maximize individual, family and community wellness.
