Kyle Kellum, M.H.A.’12

Kyle Kellum, M.H.A.’12, is the chief executive officer at Cherry County Hospital and Clinic (CCH) in Valentine, Nebraska. CCH is a 21 bed, independent critical access hospital. He is a graduate of the first National Rural Health Association Rural Hospital CEO Certification Program, February 2020 cohort. Kellum was the featured guest on the Feb. 9, 2021, episode of the podcast Rural Health Leadership Radio, where he discussed what it takes to be a successful CEO and how “creating a psychologically safe environment” can allow individuals to become the best version of themselves.
