Sarah Hoffman Hirsch, D.O.’16

Sarah Hoffman Hirsch, D.O.’16, was a member of the 2020 class inducted into the Western Dubuque, IA, High School Athletic Hall of Fame on Oct. 2, 2021. She was all-conference in softball, was twice recognized as second-team all-conference in basketball and was a four-time state qualifier in the shot put where she collected two fourth-place finishes and a second-place finish. In the discus, Hirsch was a three-time qualifier with a second-team finish and a state title. She went on to throw for Wartburg College, where she was part of four national championship teams and was a five-time all-American. Hirsch practices at Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology P.C.
