Shelley Horak, Ed.D., M.P.H.’10, CHES, completed her doctor of interdisciplinary leadership degree at Creighton University. She is State Innovation Model (SIM) project manager for the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, Iowa Department of Human Services, as well as an instructor for DMU’s master of public health program and student adviser.
