Richard Uhler, D.O.’94, FAAFP

Richard Uhler, D.O.’94, FAAFP, has practiced in Temecula Valley, CA, since 1997. Board-certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and an assistant clinical professor at Duke University. He serves as the team physician at Murrieta Valley High School since 1997 and Linfield Christian School since 2009 and annually conducts 800-1,000 physicals for student athletes from Murrieta Valley High School, Linfield Christian School, Temecula Valley High School, Cornerstone Christian and Santa Rosa Academy, donating the proceeds back to the athletic department at each school. Since 2000, Uhler has volunteered as the team physician for the Southern California Elite Gymnastics Academy, providing medical coverage at several gymnastic events locally and across the United States. In addition, he is a team physician for the University of San Diego Toreros since 2000 and has been a team physician for women’s Olympic gymnastics and women’s USA gymnastics since 2007.
