Sarah McCool, M.P.H.’04, M.H.A.’04, Ph.D., is director of undergraduate programs and clinical associate professor in the department of health policy and behavioral sciences at Georgia State University School of Public Health. She’s a member of the “Transforming Academia for Equity” guiding team for the school’s initiative to become a national model for fostering inclusive excellence. That initiative is part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Transforming Academia for Equity initiative, designed to understand historical priorities to better promote equity among under-represented scholars in public health education and health equity-related research.
