Erin Amerman, D.P.M.’01, is the author of six textbooks on anatomy and physiology. For the past 23 years she has taught and developed curricula for courses such as human anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, pathophysiology and microbiology. Amerman also is the founder and president of Critter Creek Farm Sanctuary in Gainesville, FL, a refuge for injured, neglected and abused farmed animals. Founded in 2016, Critter Creek quickly grew to become the largest bovine sanctuary in the country.
