Leslie Pyle, D.P.M. ’18, joined the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University in 2024 as an affiliate clinical faculty member. She is a podiatric physician at McFarland Clinic in Ames, where she specializes in foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Pyle is board-eligible by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University. She completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center and her Reconstruction and Trauma fellowship at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines.
