Teaching
I teach topics in nutrition to students in the DO, DPM, Ph.D., MSBS and PA program. Currently, I serve as a Content Coordinator of Clinical Science III – Preventive Medicine and Nutrition course and director of the Healthy Cooking Elective. In addition, I serve as a facilitator in story circles (Behavioral Medicine/DO program) and SKIPPs offered in Clinical Science I – Biochemistry.
Service
I provide service to the University by working on many committees across campus. I provide service to the profession in my role as a National Faculty of NBOME and being an IAMSE (International Association of Medical Science Educators) Fellow.
