In order to promote physical, spiritual and emotional well-being, Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences is proud to offer devoted spaces for engagement in meditative practices, prayer, reflection and relaxation. Consistent with the mission of the university, the meditation room will be inclusive of all values and beliefs. This space also features feet washing stations to accommodate all students and community members whose faith requires them to wash their feet before praying.
